After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Lulwa has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of two years from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. If there are any manufacturing defects and it is our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. We must be notified if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your jewellery through on your own. The warranty does not cover color changes, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, or lost/stolen items. The jewellery must be used and maintained appropriately. Any misuse of the product will void the warranty.
